We are looking for a payroll accountant (m/f/d)

full-time – Cologne office

We are one of the leading payroll providers in system gastronomy – and at home in many other sectors besides. Our company, with its headquarters in Cologne and a branch in Vienna, is growing at an above-average rate. We are looking for reinforcements for our team in Cologne, starting immediately.

Your tasks

  • Assessing incoming cases under tax and social security law
  • Compliance with laws, collective agreements, works agreements and employment contracts
  • Clarifying questions of payroll tax and social security law, communication with authorities
  • Preparing the ongoing payroll accounting for our clients
  • Preparing regular analyses and reports
  • Contact person (help desk) for our clients' employees

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • Experience with the relevant DATEV programs is an advantage
  • A high level of commitment and initiative
  • Service-oriented work and friendliness
