Our wishes and goals for 2023

A new year has begun and time seems to pass a little faster every year. But looking back on 2022, a lot has happened at SK-Office. We have continued to grow and gained many new colleagues and clients.

Last year we also finally had the chance to experience something together as a team again. We went to the Backstreet Boys concert together, celebrated carnival and, to round off the year, enjoyed a wonderful Christmas party. All these experiences brought us even closer together as a team in 2022.

Now we look ahead to 2023 full of expectation and anticipation. With the turn of the year we have already won over new clients and a new colleague for SK-Office and have thus made an exciting start to the year.

For 2023 our management team has very clear wishes and goals for SK-Office Deutschland GmbH:

“Looking back, 2022 was a turbulent year. The crises seemed to pile up: the Russian invasion of Ukraine, sky-high inflation, growing staff shortages, the climate crisis and rising energy prices. For 2023 I would welcome calmer waters. Regardless of the turbulence around the world, for us the 2023 business year stands for growth and expansion. We will expand our offices in Vienna and Cologne and, in cooperation with a partner, will also offer our services in Switzerland in future. My greatest thanks, both looking back and looking ahead, go to my employees. They are the essential part that delivers performance and quality and who carry out their work with enjoyment and commitment.”

Stefan Krüger (shareholder and managing director)

“2023 continues to be marked by growth and digitalisation. We hope to improve processes and take the quality of payroll accounting into a new era. Together with our clients we are aiming for an even closer exchange in order to keep improving our cooperation. Even after almost 30 years, SK-Office Deutschland GmbH should remain a guarantee of quality and reliability.”

Mark Müller (Chief Privacy Officer & Senior Executive Manager)

“After the turbulent years I would like to see healthy expansion on the one hand, in order to establish the SKO brand further. On the other hand I hope that the negative events in the world subside so that calmer times lie ahead in our sector too. My expectation for 2023 is that we integrate our numerous new employees in such a way that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys their work. That of course also applies to all existing employees, who all contribute to the company's success – anything else would not be possible at all. Our employees are our most important asset, which is why their satisfaction remains a top priority in future too. It is equally important that both our long-standing clients and new clients are fully satisfied with our service and that we go hand in hand through the coming years.”

Torsten Jäschke (Chief Operating Officer)
