Come Together Cup at Schalke 2019
How quickly time passes. It was May only a moment ago and the next CTC is already coming up. On 7 September 2019 the time has come again: the 3rd Come Together Cup at Schalke takes place at the Glückauf-Kampfbahn in Gelsenkirchen. For the 48 teams that means playing football for a good cause once more, and for visitors watching and simply having fun!
As always there will be a promising, “brightly coloured” programme, so that those less enthusiastic about football also get their money's worth at the CTC. Young or old, all open-minded people who want to have fun are warmly welcome at the CTC.
Not to be forgotten: the message!
For those who have never been there, here is the message of the CTC once again. It does not matter where you are from, young or old, large or small, thin or not, gay, lesbian or straight. Everyone is welcome to celebrate without being excluded or given odd looks. Good spirits are at the centre, and ultimately the CTC aims to contribute to fighting discrimination, hatred and the exclusion of minorities. At this event you see again and again that togetherness works and that sport connects people. And not only that: every year the CTC collects donations from sponsors, companies and helpers in order to support charitable and social projects and institutions and achieve a lasting effect.
