Today we are pleased to give you some background information about how things work internally here and what we are currently planning. Find out first-hand what is keeping us busy and what we are aiming for in 2020.
As we do every year, we want to keep developing and create a new era of cooperation together with our clients.
We are currently in March 2020 and the annual planning – and its implementation – continues at full speed. We are delighted to have won further large clients and to be able to support them with our accomplished team. At the moment we are in the structuring phase, in which we sit down with our clients and look closely at every workflow in order to create a process that is optimal for both sides.
We are also currently implementing many internal projects around our beautiful building. As we are based in a listed building we have to maintain it continuously and are in close contact with our landlord and the architects of Bischoff BauConsult GmbH for this. The next project is coming up in spring: our shutters and windows are getting a new coat of paint. Realising all this requires a great deal of organisation, because the daily routine in the office must not be disrupted while the work cannot be carried out at the weekend either. We have therefore decided to relocate parts of the office so that our employees can carry on working undisturbed and the painters can “move freely”.
We are also currently looking for reinforcements for our team. If you are committed and eager to learn and enjoy working with clients, then you have come to the right place!
